My intercom has no picture but the sound works, what does that mean
This usually points to the camera or the video wiring rather than the whole unit. We can check this on site and tell you exactly what is wrong.
Can you fix an intercom you did not install
Yes, we work on most makes and can usually source parts even for older systems.
Is it worth repairing an old intercom or should I replace it
It depends on the age and the fault. We will give you an honest view on site rather than pushing a replacement if a repair will do the job.
Do you work on both audio and video entry systems

Can you add video to an existing audio only intercom
